Self-exclusion — сильнейший RG tool: player добровольно блокирует свой access.

Levels

Cooling-off: 24 часа – 6 недель. Reversible после period. Self-exclusion: 6 месяцев – lifetime. Ограниченная reversibility. Permanent: no return. Escalation: player начинает с cooling-off, переходит к longer.

Operator vs national

Operator-level: только с этим operator. National registries: GAMSTOP (UK), OASIS (DE), CRUKS (NL). Cross-operator: exclusion applies к всем лицензированным. Real-time API integration обязательна. Immediate effect.

Process

Easy access: 1–2 clicks в UI. Confirmation с cooling-off period. Notification к player. Removal из marketing lists immediately. Payment methods blocked. Account access disabled. No re-registration attempts allowed.

Reversal

Cooling-off: automatic после period. Self-exclusion: required active application после period. 24-hour cooling-off после reversal request. No automatic reactivation. Documented process. Some players regret reversal — safeguards needed.
